毕业生读者服务是图书馆的一项基础性工作。随着数字化技术和信息媒介的发展,有些高校图书馆仍拘泥于传统的服务理念和工作模式,而一些高校图书馆则在毕业生服务方式和内容上进行了大胆创新。文章以“985工程”高校图书馆为例,总结毕业季高校图书馆开展创新服务的创新做法和经验,分析存在的不足,并从毕业服务工作管理体系、服务平台、服务理念和方法等方面提出创新毕业季服务的策略与建议。
The graduate reader service is a basic work of the library. With the development of digital technology and information media, some university libraries still adhere to the traditional service concept and mode of operation. However, some university libraries make bold innovations in the way and content of their service.
