应用Sephadex G-75凝胶柱层祈技术分离出大鼠肝、肾、血液和尿液中金属硫蛋白(MT),通过测定该蛋白质所结合的金属含量来计算MT含量。此法不但能较灵敏地反映镉等重金属中毒情况下MT的体内变化,也能测出正常机体肝、肾等组织中MT含量。若样品加以浓缩亦可检出正常血、尿中MT的含量。
Metallothionein (MT) in liver, kidney, blood and urine of rats was isolated by Sephadex G-75 gel column chromatography and the MT content was calculated by measuring the metal content of the protein. This method can not only more sensitively reflect the in vivo changes of MT in the case of heavy metal poisoning such as cadmium, but also detect the content of MT in normal liver, kidney and other tissues. If the sample can be concentrated to detect normal blood, urine MT content.
