运用三参数线性标准固体模型的微分本构方程来描述输送带下覆盖层材料的粘弹性,建立了输送带接触区域边界节点位移与应力的关系,从而得到粘弹性边界元柔度矩阵,在此基础上,提出了一种新的压陷阻力的仿真分析数值计算方法。算例实现了对输送带下覆盖层的法向应力仿真分析,并对输送带速度和覆盖层厚度对压陷阻力的影响进行了仿真研究。
The differential constitutive equation of three-parameter linear standard solid model is used to describe the viscoelasticity of the cover material under the conveyor belt. The relationship between the displacement and stress of the boundary nodes in the contact zone of the conveyor belt is established, and the viscoelastic boundary element flexibility matrix is obtained. Based on this, a new numerical simulation method of pressure resistance is proposed. The example realizes the simulation analysis of the normal stress of the belt under the cover, and simulates the influence of belt speed and cover thickness on the pressure resistance.
