随着微博等新媒体的兴起,使得中国社会舆情达到前所未有的外显程度。目前,微博正在以惊人的发展速度颠覆传统的话语模式。如何建立适应微博等新媒体特点的舆情处置机制来应对食品安全事件,已成为相关管理部门面临的重要课题。本文结合2012年“猪肉铅超标”事件舆情事件的处置经验,有针对性地提出了几点微博舆情处置策略。
With the rise of new media such as Weibo, the social public opinion in China has reached an unprecedented level of publicity. At present, microblogging is subverting the traditional discourse model at an alarming rate of development. How to establish a public opinion disposal mechanism that adapts to the new media features such as Weibo to deal with food safety incidents has become an important issue for relevant management departments. In this paper, combined with the 2012 “pork lead exceed ” event public opinion events handling experience, put forward a few micro-blog public opinion disposal strategy.
