岗梅根及茎体外还原能力测定与谱效关系研究

目的:测定岗梅根、茎甲醇提取部位的体外还原能力,并结合谱效研究,比较根、茎药效及与药效关联度较大成分的异同。方法:采用铁离子还原法测定岗梅根、茎甲醇提取部位的总还原能力;采用灰色关联度分析,将岗梅根、茎HPLC图谱各特征峰的峰面积与总还原能力相关联,比较根、茎药效相关成分异同。结果:岗梅根、茎样品具有还原能力,其中,茎的还原能力显著比根强。根据谱效分析结果,根样品中与还原能力有较高关联度的成分主要为P9、P4、P6、P2、P10等11个色谱峰,而茎样品中则主要为P4、P(1)、P6、P9、P10等11个色谱峰。结论:岗梅根、茎甲醇提取部位体外抗氧化能力有显著差异,两者药效相关物质不完全一致。 OBJECTIVE: To determine the in vitro reduction ability of Gum Megan and Stem Methanol Extract, and to compare the efficacy of root and stem with the comparative study of spectrum efficiency. Methods: The iron (Ⅲ) reduction method was used to determine the total reductive capacity of the methanol extracts of Gangmei root and stem. The gray relational analysis was used to correlate the peak area of ​​each peak of the HPLC chromatogram with the total reducing ability The similarities and differences of stem-related components. Results: Gangue root and stem samples had the ability of reducing, among them, the reduction ability of stem was significantly stronger than that of root. According to the result of spectral analysis, the main components of root samples were 11 P peaks such as P9, P4, P6, P2, P10 and P4, P (1), P P6, P9, P10 and other 11 peaks. Conclusion: There is a significant difference in anti-oxidative capacity of methanol extracted from Megan rhizomes and stems in vitro, and their pharmacodynamics-related substances are not exactly the same.
