目的探讨血清免疫固定电泳在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)鉴定中的临床应用价值。方法对80例骨髓瘤患者血清进行免疫球蛋白定量、轻链定量及血清免疫固定电泳、血清蛋白电泳检测。结果 80例MM患者中,53例(66.3%)免疫球蛋白及轻链定量显著增高,免疫固定电泳80例(100%)均为阳性,血清蛋白电泳45例(56.3%)检出M带。结论血清免疫固定电泳技术特异性和敏感性较高,能快速、准确进行MM鉴定,对MM的的诊断、治疗及预后评估具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum immunofixation in the identification of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods 80 cases of myeloma serum immunoglobulin quantitative, light chain quantitative and serum immunostaining electrophoresis, serum protein electrophoresis. Results In 80 MM patients, immunoglobulin and light chain were significantly increased in 53 cases (66.3%). Immuno-fixed electrophoresis was positive in 80 cases (100%), while M band was detected in 45 cases (56.3%) of serum protein electrophoresis. Conclusion Serum immunofixation electrophoresis is more specific and sensitive, and can be used to identify MM quickly and accurately. It has important clinical value in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of MM.
