分析22例胃癌癌细胞PCNA表达和DNA含量变化与患者预后的关系。使用常规石蜡切片,以单抗Pc10。检测PCNA表达,用图像分析系统测定DNA含量,将患者按术后生存分为1年组5例,5年组6例,10年组11例进行统计。结果:PCNA表达阳性率在1,5,10年组间皆有明显差异(P<0.01)。DNA含量,2C与≥3c比较在1与5和10年组间P<0.01,5与10年组间P>0.05,2c与≥5c比较在1,5,10年组间皆P<0.01。DNA含量变化与PCNA表达里线性密切关系。作者认为,DNA含量测定辅以PCNA检测对帮助判断患者的预后更有价值。
The relationship between the expression of PCNA and changes of DNA content in 22 cases of gastric cancer and the prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Conventional paraffin sections were used as the monoclonal antibody Pc10. The expression of PCNA was detected and DNA content was determined by image analysis system. Five patients were divided into 1-year group according to postoperative survival, 6 cases in 5-year group and 11 cases in 10-year group. Results: The positive rate of PCNA expression was significantly different between the 1, 5, and 10 years groups (P<0.01). DNA content, 2C vs. ≥3c, P<0.01 between 1 and 5 and 10 years, P>0.05 between 5 and 10 years, 2c vs. ≥5c, 1,5, and 10 years P<0.01. Changes in DNA content are closely related to PCNA expression. The authors believe that the determination of DNA content supplemented by PCNA testing is more valuable in helping to judge the patient’s prognosis.
