不同的作战环境对装备性能的需求不同,如何客观准确的评价装备的综合性能,是装备优选决策的关键问题。排队赋权法采用邀请专家组对目标进行评价,确定指标重要等级和评分;通过分析指标等级与权系数之间的关系,用函数确定权系数,最后通过线性加权和法确定系统效能。
Different combat environments have different requirements on equipment performance, and how to evaluate the overall performance of equipment objectively and accurately is a key issue in equipment optimization decision-making. The queuing weighting method invites the expert group to evaluate the target, and determine the important grades and scores of the indexes. By analyzing the relationship between the index grade and the weighting coefficient, the weighting coefficient is determined by the function, and finally the system performance is determined by the linear weighting summation method.
