基于ABAQUS建立YG硬质合金刀具铣削7055铝合金的三维有限元模型,并对三向切削力及切削温度进行三维有限元模拟。结果显示:切削力仿真值与实验值之间有合理一致性,切削温度仿真值与实验值之间的最大误差为15%,在允许范围内,对实际生产及切削参数优化提供指导意义。
Based on ABAQUS, the 3D finite element model of 7055 aluminum alloy was milled by YG carbide tool and the three-dimensional finite element simulation of three-direction cutting force and cutting temperature was carried out. The results show that there is reasonable consistency between the simulation value of cutting force and the experimental value, and the maximum error between simulation value of cutting temperature and experimental value is 15%. Within the allowable range, it provides guidance for the optimization of actual production and cutting parameters.
