通过比较下蹲式支撑与箭步式支撑技术后发现 ,下蹲式支撑与习惯动作相接近 ,下蹲撑铃位置低 ,下蹲速度快 ,两腿用力较协调 ,但对平衡能力要求较高 ;箭步式支撑则与之相反 ,支撑面积大 ,稳定性高 ,对运动员平衡能力要求较低。认为 ,在完善个人技术和身体素质的基础上 ,下蹲式支撑应成为技术的主流
By comparing the squat support and the stride support technique, we found that the squat support is close to the habitual action, the squat strobing position is low, the squat speed is fast, the two legs are more force-balanced but the balance ability is more demanding; In contrast, the stride-type strut supports a large area of support and a high degree of stability, which requires a low balance of athletes. That, on the basis of improving individual technology and physical fitness, squatting support should become the mainstream of technology
