车架是自卸车的重要结构件,其整体强度关系到自卸车的工作能力及应用范围。对自卸车车架进行动态应力试验,根据车辆实际使用环境,在试验场设计不同工况进行应变信号采集,经过计算、分析,得到不同测点的应力分布情况,掌握了车架的薄弱环节。试验分析结果可为自卸车车架优化设计及疲劳寿命分析提供参考。
The frame is an important structural part of the dump truck. The overall strength of the dump truck is related to the working ability of the dump truck and the application range. The dynamic stress test of the dump truck frame is carried out. According to the actual use environment of the vehicle, strain signals are collected in different working conditions in the test field. Through the calculation and analysis, the stress distribution at different measuring points is obtained and the weak links of the frame are mastered. The results of the test analysis can provide reference for the optimization design and fatigue life analysis of the dump truck frame.
