以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)为基体,高阻尼硅橡胶为填料,制备了不同配方的高阻尼硅橡胶改性ABS隔音材料,采用电子万能试验机、扫描电子显微镜等研究了材料的力学性能、微观形貌及隔音效果。结果表明:随着高阻尼硅橡胶含量的增加,改性ABS隔音材料的耐热性能和隔音性能逐渐增强,力学性能却逐渐下降。综合考虑材料的隔音效果与力学性能得出,高阻尼硅橡胶质量分数为10%~15%时,改性ABS隔音材料最适用于低频噪声的防护。
Using high-damping silicone rubber as filler, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) as matrix and high damping silicone rubber modified ABS sound insulation material with different formulations were prepared. The electronic universal testing machine, scanning electron Microscopy studied the mechanical properties of materials, micro-morphology and sound insulation. The results show that with the increase of high-damping silicone rubber, the heat-resistant and sound-proofing properties of the modified ABS sound-proofing material gradually increase, while the mechanical properties of the sound-absorbing ABS soundproofing material gradually decrease. Considering the soundproof effect and the mechanical property of the material, the modified ABS soundproof material is most suitable for the protection of low frequency noise when the high damping silicon rubber mass fraction is 10% ~ 15%.
