研究了三十烷醇(TA)在不同浓度下对蛹虫草液体培养的影响,通过测定菌丝球大小和密度、菌丝体生物量、直径和虫草多糖的含量,确定了TA的最佳使用浓度,并对各浓度下蛹虫草的生长情况进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,与对照组相比,当TA质量浓度为0.5 mg·L~(-1)时,菌丝体湿重提高了45.17%,菌丝体干重增加了44.49%,胞外多糖提高了173.1%,胞内多糖增加了305.7%。当TA质量浓度超过0.5 mg·L~(-1)时,促进作用均越来越小,当TA质量浓度超过1.0 mg·L-1时,上述各项指标均小于对照组。
The effect of triacontanol (TA) on the liquid culture of Cordyceps militaris at different concentrations was studied. The optimal use of TA was determined by measuring the size and density of mycelium, the biomass of mycelium, the diameter and the content of polysaccharides Concentration, and the concentration of Cordyceps militaris growth were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that when the concentration of TA was 0.5 mg · L -1, the wet weight of mycelia increased by 45.17%, the dry weight of mycelia increased by 44.49% and the extracellular polysaccharide increased 173.1%, intracellular polysaccharide increased by 305.7%. When the concentration of TA was more than 0.5 mg · L -1, the promotion effect was less and less. When the concentration of TA was over 1.0 mg · L -1, the above indexes were all less than those of the control group.
