流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）高热，处理难度大，若不及时控制，势必加重和增加脑水肿和中枢性呼吸衰竭。现将１９９５～１９９８年我院收治的乙脑高热随机分为冷液甘露醇治疗组和常规综合治疗组（分别称治疗组和对照组）进行疗效及预后对比观察的结果报告如下。１ 临床资料１１
