目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)对人体组织的损害机理及其临床意义。方法 对 2 16例AOPP患者 (轻度中毒组 63例、中度中毒组 71例、重度中毒组 82例 )入院当日及此后每日抽取空腹静脉血 ,测定血清肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)和谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)水平。结果 ①轻度中毒组血清CK及LDH水平高于正常对照组 ,P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ;中度中毒组CK、LDH和AST水平均显著高于正常对照组 ,P均 <0 .0 1;重度中毒组 4种酶的峰值是正常对照组的几倍到十几倍 ,并显著高于中度中毒组 ,P均 <0 .0 1。②血清酶水平存在规律性演变 ,第 2~ 5日为其共同高峰平台期。结论 AOPP越重 ,血清CK、LDH、AST和ALT升高越显著 ,反映组织细胞破坏越严重 ;发病后第 2~ 5日为人体组织破坏高峰期
Objective To investigate the mechanism of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) on human tissue damage and its clinical significance. Methods Fasting venous blood was collected from 216 AOPP patients (63 in mild poisoning group, 71 in moderate poisoning group, and 82 in severe poisoning group) on the day of admission and thereafter. Serum creatine kinase (CK) and lactate Hydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels. Results ① The levels of serum CK and LDH in mild poisoning group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, P <0.01 and P <0.05; the levels of CK, LDH and AST in moderate poisoning group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, P All <0. 01; severe poisoning group peak of four kinds of enzymes in the normal control group several times to ten times, and was significantly higher than the moderate poisoning group, P <0.01. ② there is a regular evolution of serum enzyme levels, the first two to five days for its common peak platform. Conclusions AOPP is more severe, the serum CK, LDH, AST and ALT increased more significantly, reflecting the more serious tissue damage; the first 2 to 5 days after the onset of human tissue damage peak
