为优化龙桥铁矿全尾砂胶结充填原料的配比,选用正交实验表L_9(3~4),采取正交优化实验并进行极差分析的方法探讨灰砂比、养护时间、料浆浓度对胶结充填体强度的影响,并确定了这3种因素的最优值。结果表明:在一定范围内,提高水泥含量、增加充填体浓度、增长养护时间都能提高充填体强度。这3种因素对充填体影响的大小关系是:灰砂比>养护时间>浓度。基于正交优化实验,得到的最优参数是:料浆浓度66%,灰砂比1∶6,养护时间7d。在此条件下,充填浆体的可泵性和强度都满足矿山的充填要求。
In order to optimize the proportion of the tailings cement filling material in Longqiao Iron Mine, orthogonal test table L_9 (3 ~ 4) was selected to optimize the lime sand ratio, curing time, slurry Concentration on the strength of cementitious filling body, and determine the optimal value of these three factors. Under these conditions, the pumpability and strength of the filling slurry all satisfy the filling requirements of the mine.
