Examining the working mode of “police O2O” and probing into its practical way of thinking on the rule of law, it is suggested to set up the concept of the rule of law and police, to purify the law enforcement public environment bi-directionally, to safeguard the justice and openness of the procedure, to protect the vital interests of the people and improve “Micro ” Police Information Security Law to Deepen the Construction and Reform of Public Security by Law.
