鼓励文化产品创造的文化评奖政策促进了市场的繁荣,有助于文化产业竞争力提升。但由于文化评奖机制、文化管理、社会风气等问题的存在,大众对文化评奖质疑不断。只有评出文化精品,为文化产品溢价提供保障,才能实现文化产品价值延伸,提升文化产业竞争力。而加强评奖管理,改革评奖机制,打造精品奖项,让评奖走出去,用文化评奖助推文化产业国际竞争提升力是当然选择。
Cultural rewards policies that encourage the creation of cultural products have promoted the prosperity of the market and contributed to the enhancement of the competitiveness of cultural industries. However, due to the problems such as the cultural assessment mechanism, cultural management and social ethos, the general public has questioned the cultural awards. Only by appraising cultural products and providing premiums for cultural products can we realize the value extension of cultural products and enhance the competitiveness of the cultural industry. It is, of course, a natural choice to strengthen the administration of awards, reform the awarding mechanism, create awards for excellence, and let the awards go out. It is of course a matter of course that cultural awards will boost the international competitiveness of the cultural industry.
