在我国事业单位实行了人员聘用制后,关于人事档案的管理也发生了一系列的变化,由于人员聘用实行的是按岗聘用和合同管理、解聘辞聘以及定期进行考核等制度,所以事业单位的人员流动比较频繁,致使人事档案的管理工作面临着极大的考验,在管理的过程中出现许多问题。本文就事业单位实行人员聘用制后,对人事档案管理中存在的问题以及解决对策进行了简单的分析。
