对长沙市2092名小学生及6名校长的调查显示:城市小学里,学校布置的家庭作业量基本符合政策规定,但小学生普遍感觉没有可自主支配时间,这与普遍存在的课外班、家长所布置作业有关系,它们与学校家庭作业呈彼消我长之势;小学生作业负担感与学校类型、所在年级、作业态度明显相关;作业时长超过1小时后质量下降。调查表明,需要正确理解“课业负担”及其差异性,实行政府指导下的“家校联动”式减负。
A survey of 2,092 primary school students and 6 principals in Changsha shows that the number of homework arranged in schools basically meets the requirements of policies and regulations in primary schools in urban areas. However, primary school students generally do not feel that they can control their own time, which is in line with the prevalence of extra-curricular classes and parents The relationship between homework and schoolwork did not help me. The workload sense of primary school students was obviously related to school type, grade and attitude. The survey shows that we need to correctly understand the “burden of homework” and its differences, and implement the “government-university-university linkage” type of tax relief under the guidance of the government.
