产量变化是大豆品种耐旱性的综合体现,本研究提出用综合产量干旱指数(CI)法可将大豆耐旱性分为三类:CI≥0.600,为耐旱性强的品种;0.400≤CI<0.600,为耐旱力中等品种;CI<0.400,则为不耐旱品种。耐旱性强的品种,叶片叶绿素含量高,叶片较厚,叶片的水分临界饱和亏缺显著地高于不耐旱品种的临界饱和亏缺,耐旱性强的品种,干旱年份和正常年份下的粒/叶比没有显著差异,而耐旱性弱的品种,受旱后粒/叶比显著下降。耐旱性强的品种茎中导管的密度和口径都较大,木纤维细胞直径也较大。
The change of yield is the comprehensive manifestation of the drought tolerance of soybean varieties. In this study, the drought tolerance of soybean can be divided into three categories according to the comprehensive yield drought index (CI) method: CI≥0.600, .400≤CI <0.600, which is the medium drought-tolerant variety; CI <0.400, it is not drought-tolerant varieties. The drought-tolerant cultivars had higher leaf chlorophyll content, thicker leaves and more critical saturated water deficit in leaves than in drought-tolerant cultivars, and those with more drought-tolerant cultivars were the most drought-tolerant and normal years Of grain / leaf ratio was not significantly different, while the weaker drought tolerant varieties, grain / leaf ratio decreased significantly after drought.
