为了精确测定气体吸收动力学的数据 ,建立了一套采用计算机数据采集系统的实验装置 ,改进了数据采集软件。气体吸收压力数据的测定精度为 0 .0 5 %。测定了在石油化工、天然气净化和合成氨工业中常用的 N-甲基二乙醇胺(质量分数 32 .4 % ) +哌嗪 (2 .6 % )水溶液吸收 CO2 的动力学速度 ,并根据阻尼膜理论建立了相应的吸收动力学计算公式 ,可用于实际体系的吸收动力学计算
In order to accurately determine the gas absorption kinetics data, a set of experimental devices using computer data acquisition system was established and the data acquisition software was improved. The measurement accuracy of gas absorption pressure data is 0.05%. The kinetic velocities of CO2 absorbed by aqueous solution of N-methyldiethanolamine (mass fraction 32.4%) + piperazine (2.6%), commonly used in the petrochemical, natural gas purification and ammonia synthesis industries, were determined.
