采用浮选法、弱磁-强磁联合法、化学分离方法和XRF、XRD、ICP分析检测技术,对新疆某铜钪矿中钪的分布状态进行了研究。研究结果表明:新疆某铜钪矿中含钠长石、方解石、绿泥石、磁铁矿和滑石等矿物,各自所占比例分别为52.97%、16.36%、15.11%、8.08%和7.48%,该矿中铜含量为0.6344%,钪含量为20 g·t-1;采用浮选法获得含钪量为9.55 g·t-1的铜精矿,弱磁-强磁联合法获得含钪量为45.33 g·t-1的铁精矿,化学分离方法获得含钪量为19.00 g·t-1的钠长石精矿,并测得方解石的含钪量为24.48 g·t-1、绿泥石的含钪量为10.12g·t-1和滑石的含钪量为5.06 g·t-1;钪在新疆某铜钪矿各分选矿物中的分布状态表现为:铁精矿品位最高,但其含量低;钠长石含量最高,且品位与方解石相近,此三者的含量占该矿的64.55%,其含钪量占总钪量的82.50%,为该矿的主要提钪原料。该研究结果为今后开发利用该矿中的钪资源提供了理论和实验依据。
The distribution of scandium in a copper scandium ore in Xinjiang was studied by flotation method, field weakening-ferromagnetic combination method, chemical separation method, XRF, XRD and ICP. The results show that the minerals such as albite, calcite, chlorite, magnetite and talc in a copper scandium mine in Xinjiang are respectively 52.97%, 16.36%, 15.11%, 8.08% and 7.48% The copper content in the ore is 0.6344% and the scandium content is 20 g · t-1. The flotation method is used to obtain copper concentrate containing 9.55 g · t-1 scandium. As 45.33 g · t-1 iron concentrate, and the chemical separation method was used to obtain the albite concentrate containing 19.00 g · t-1 scandium. The content of scandium in the calcite was 24.48 g · t-1, The content of scandium in mudstone is 10.12g · t-1 and the content of scandium in talcum is 5.06 g · t-1. The distribution of scandium in all sorts of Cu-Sc ore in Xinjiang shows that the grade of iron concentrate is the highest , But its content is low; the content of albite is highest, and the grade is similar to calcite, the content of these three accounts for 64.55% of the mine, and the content of scandium accounts for 82.50% of the total amount of scandium, . The results of this study provide theoretical and experimental basis for the future development and utilization of scandium resources in this mine.
