在一个班集体里,每个人的思维品质、认知水平、学习能力都参差不齐,这就要从学生实际出发,因材施教。分层次教学以因材施教原则和心理效应原理为理论依据,把学生按学习情况分成几个层次,对不同层次的学生提出不同的要求,采用不同的教学方法 ,使学生经过努力都有提高。本文通过学生分层、教学目标分层、教学过程分层、课堂练习分层和评价分层的阐述,充分调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的认知需求,促进学生的能力提高和发展,从而大大提高初中数学课堂教学有效教学水平。
