文章分析了教育博客促进教师专业发展的途径研究现状,并以东莞市“名师东莞”博客为例对教育博客促进教师专业发展的途径进行分析,提出依托“名师东莞”博客平台实现教师专业发展的四种途径和方式。1.利用“名师东莞”博客进行知识管理,促进教师知识的增长;2.依托“名师东莞”博客建立高层次的学习共同体,实现同伴互助;3.发挥名师的作用,引领教师走向专业发展;4.教师通过写教学反思日志,提高教师的教学反思能力,这四个途径和方式的共同作用下,促进中小学教师专业发展。
This article analyzes the status quo of education blogs on ways to promote teachers ’professional development and analyzes the ways to promote teachers’ professional development with bloggers in Dongguan City, Dongguan City, and puts forward that based on the platform of “Famous Teacher Dongguan” blog Four Ways and Means of Teacher Professional Development. 1. Using “Master Dongguan” blog knowledge management to promote the growth of teacher knowledge; 2. Relying on “teacher Dongguan ” blog to establish a high-level learning community, to achieve peer support; 3. Play a teacher’s role in leading teachers To professional development; 4. teachers through teaching writing review log, improve the ability of teachers to reflect on the teaching of these four ways and means of joint action to promote the professional development of primary and secondary teachers.
