分析了国内外以铸代锻的发展趋势,针对EQ6100型发动机空压机曲轴的工况及对性能的要求,提出以球铁代锻钢生产空压机曲轴的方案。通过试验确定了球铁曲轴毛坯的强度、韧性、硬度、珠光体含量等性能指标及生产控制工艺,确定了热处理规范及处理后性能,将曲轴的淬火硬度由原45号钢的HRc≥46,降低为球铁的HRC≥28。经台架试验及装车考核试验表明,其耐磨性比锻钢好,完全能满足使用要求。
Based on the analysis of the domestic and international casting forging development trend, in view of EQ6100 engine air compressor crankshaft operating conditions and the performance requirements, put forward to ductile iron forging steel production of air compressor crankshaft program. Through the test, the performance indexes of the ductile iron crankshaft blank, such as strength, toughness, hardness and pearlite content, and the production control technology were determined. The heat treatment specification and the treated performance were determined. The hardened hardness of the crankshaft was changed from the original 45 HRc≥46, Reduced to ductile iron HRC ≧ 28. The bench test and loading test showed that the wear resistance is better than the forged steel, which can fully meet the requirements.
