目的 :建立HPLC法测定毒莠定原料的含量。方法 :采用C18柱流动相为甲醇 水 (4 0∶6 0 )用磷酸调节到pH为 2 .5~3.0 ,流速为 0 .8ml·min-1,检测波长 2 2 4nm。结果 :毒莠定在 0 .0 8~ 0 .6 4 μg范围内有良好的线性关系 (r =0 .9999)。平均回收率为 99.3% (RSD =0 .3% )。结论 :本法快速、简便、准确 ,可用于该产品的质量控制
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of picloram raw materials. Methods: The mobile phase of C18 was methanol water (40:60), adjusted to pH 2.5-3.0 with phosphoric acid, the flow rate was 0.8ml · min-1, and the detection wavelength was 224nm. RESULTS: Picloram had a good linearity (r = 0.9999) over the range of 0.08-0.46 μg. The average recovery was 99.3% (RSD = 0.3%). Conclusion: This method is fast, easy and accurate and can be used for the quality control of this product
