目的:观察大剂量甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:67例糖尿病患者血糖控制后,给予甲钴胺1500 μg静滴2周后,改口服甲钴胺500μg tid,连服2周。治疗前后分别测定血糖、血压、肾功能、双侧正中神经、腓肠神经、腓总神经的运动及感觉传导速度,观察症状的变化。结果:治疗4周后疼痛、麻木及感觉异常均改善;正中神经、腓肠神经、腓总神经的运动及感觉传导速度均有统计学意义的改善(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变有显著疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of high-dose mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Sixty-seven patients with diabetes mellitus underwent blood glucose control. After intravenous infusion of 1500 μg of mecobalamin for 2 weeks, 500 μg tid of methylcobalamin was given orally for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, blood glucose, blood pressure, renal function, bilateral median nerve, sural nerve, common peroneal nerve movement and sensory conduction velocity were measured to observe the change of symptoms. Results: The pain, numbness and sensory abnormalities improved after 4 weeks of treatment. The movement and sensory conduction velocity of median nerve, sural nerve and common peroneal nerve were all improved statistically (P <0.05). Conclusion: High-dose mecobalamin has a significant effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
