1传统方法喷混凝土衬砌是隧道传统衬砌的一个组成部分,广泛应用于地下工程。喷混凝土获得强度的模式与普通混凝土类似,呈典型的“S”形曲线。对喷混凝土进行强度监测具有重要意义,基于2个理由:(1)人员回到掌子面的时间,这取决于喷混凝土发展到适当的强度;(2)喷混凝土衬砌随着隧道向前延伸而承受荷载,喷混凝土与加载速度相对应获得承载强度,所以,在各个时间段都能保证安全,衬砌不会产生超应力。
