目的:探讨食管癌高发区不同食管病变组织中多种蛋白表达的变化与碘染色的关系。方法:对食管癌手术切除标本进行碘染色处理,于碘染色和碘不染色区域分别对应取样,检测组织中E-cadherin、Cyclin D1、C-erbB-2、MUC-1、P21、C-met蛋白的表达水平。结果:碘不染区的病变程度较重,尤其是原位癌仅出现在碘不染区。MUC-1、E-cadherin、C-erbB-2及C-met蛋白的表达与碘染色无关;P21蛋白在碘染区、Cyclin D1于碘不染区的阳性检出率更高。结论:食管癌变早期P21及CyclinD1蛋白表达的变化可能与糖原代谢调控有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of multiple proteins in different esophageal cancer tissues and iodine staining in esophageal cancer. Methods: The specimens of esophageal cancer resected were iodine-stained. The iodine-stained and iodine-stained areas were sampled and the expressions of E-cadherin, Cyclin D1, C-erbB-2, MUC-1, P21 and C-met Protein expression levels. Results: Iodine stained area of severe lesions, especially in situ carcinoma only appeared in iodine-irrigated area. The expression of MUC-1, E-cadherin, C-erbB-2 and C-met protein was not related to iodine staining. The positive rate of Cyclin D1 in iodine-stained area was higher in P21 protein. Conclusion: The changes of P21 and CyclinD1 protein expressions in early esophageal cancer may be related to glycogen metabolism regulation.
