1987年以来,根据上级有关指示精神和县会计事务所的统一要求,我们从抓基础入手,扎扎实实地开展了会计工作“达标准、上等级”活动,收到较明显的效果。全县22个医疗卫生单位。1983年有12个单位达标,其余10个单位,可望在1989年全部达标。1987年来,有两个单位被评为全县财会工作先进集体,4人被评为全省财会先进工作者,1人被评为全省财会工作先进个人。我们的作法和体会是: 1、加强领导,提高认识。县政府召开会议以后,局领导及时传达会议精神,制定开展会计工作达标升级活动的具体措施和办法,并成立了领导小组。随后组织财会人员认真学习《会计工作达标试行办法》,开展讨论,提高了财会人员对会计工作达标升级重要性的认识,增强了责任心和紧迫感。2、健全机构,充实人员。全县医疗卫生单位,不管单位大小,人员多少,全部设有财会机
