1992年客运量、旅客周转量超额完成了任务,“三会”运输受到表扬。为完成这一任务,通过扩大编组和编制新图,增加了运输能力;在旅客服务上,加强了全程对号、小站慢车、闭路电视和专运、给水等工作。提高客运人员素质,加强了宏观指导、职工培训和质量管理意识。文中对1993年的改革工作也提出具体安排,并指出对乘务员的“带、敲、倒”现象还要努力解决。
In 1992, the passenger traffic and passenger turnover surpassed the tasks and the transportation of the “three sessions” was praised. In order to accomplish this task, it has increased its transport capacity by expanding the number of marshals and drawing up new maps. In the area of passenger services, it has strengthened its work on full alignment, station slow-motion vehicles, closed-circuit television and special transport and water supply. Improve the quality of passenger transport, strengthen macro guidance, staff training and quality management awareness. The article also made specific arrangements for the reform work in 1993, and pointed out that efforts should be made to solve the phenomenon of “banding, knocking and pouring down” the crew members.
