本文应用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,对五加科Araliaceae五加属AcanthopanaxMiq。8种植物细柱五加Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith、白簕A.trifoliatus(L.)Merr.、刺五加A.senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms、蜀五加A.sechuenensis Harms exDiels、糙叶藤五加A.leucorrhizus(Oliv.)Harms var.fulvesscens Harms & Rehd.、两歧五加A.divaricatus(Sieb.et Zucc.)Seem.、红毛五加A.giraldii Harms、毛梗红毛五加A.giraldiiHarms var.hispidus Hoo的花粉形态作了比较观察,找出了它们的鉴别特征:阐明了五加属植物花粉的外壁外层表面纹饰应为拟网状脑纹型或拟脑纹状网纹型,并首次在红毛五加花粉中发现“孔合沟”这一花粉粒萌发孔的类型。
This article applies optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to Acanthopanax Miq of the Araliaceae Araliaceae. Eight species of Acanthopanax gracilistylus WWSmith, A.trifoliatus (L.) Merr., A.senticosus (Rupr.et Maxim.) Harms, A.sechuenensis Harms ex Diels, Puccinum Fujioka A. leucorrhizus (Oliv.) Harms var.fulvesscens Harms & Rehd., A.divaricatus (Sieb.et Zucc.) Seem., A.giraldii Harms, and Hairy Fever. The pollen morphology of A.giraldiiHarms var.hispidus Hoo was compared to find out their distinguishing characteristics: It was clarified that the surface decoration of the outer wall of pollen of the plant of the genus Acanthopanax should be quasi-reticular or cerebriform. Reticulate type, and for the first time found in the pollen of P. acanthocephala, the type of pores in the pollen grains of the pores.
