目的研究酸性氧化电位水(EOW)对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外生物膜清除效果。方法采用细菌定量检测和扫描电镜观察方法,对EOW清楚临床分离的多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌人工培养生物膜的效果进行观察。结果3组不同p H值EOW作用5 min和10 min清除率均达99%以上,作用20 min清除率均达100%,3组之间的清除率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论不同p H值的EOW对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌体外细菌生物膜均具有较好的清除作用,p H值为6.0~7.0的EOW无腐蚀性,可用于临床细菌生物膜感染的创面和伤口等。
Objective To study the effect of acid oxidizing potential water (EOW) on the biofilm removal of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro. Methods Bacterial quantitative detection and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the effect of artificial cultivation of biofilms with multi-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from EOW clearly. Results The clearance rates of EOW with different p H values at 5 min and 10 min were all above 99%, and the clearance rate reached 100% after 20 min. There was no significant difference among the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions EOW with different p H value has good scavenging effect on bacterial biofilms with multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The EOW with pH 6.0-7.0 is non-corrosive and can be used in clinical bacterial biofilm infection Wounds and wounds.
