近年来,H公司由于绩效考核制度存在诸多不合理之处导致近年来销售人员流失比例逐年增加。本文运用平衡计分卡(BSC)与关键绩效指标(KPI)相结合的方法,重新设计了H公司销售人员绩效考核方案,旨在进一步提高销售人员的工作积极性,促进企业发展。
In recent years, H company due to the performance appraisal system there are many irrational led to the proportion of sales staff in recent years, the loss increased year by year. This paper redesigns the H company’s sales staff performance appraisal scheme by using the method of BSC and KPI, which is designed to further improve the enthusiasm of sales staff and promote the development of the enterprise.
