目的探讨经鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔造口术的方法与临床效果。方法 2001年5月至2009年10月采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎患者63例(69眼)。总结手术方法,观察临床疗效。结果 63例(69眼)患者术后随访1年,治愈率87.0%(60/69),显效率4.3%(3/69),有效率2.9%(2/69),无效5.8%(4/69),总有效率94.2%(61/69)。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术是治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种有效方法。 Objective To investigate the method and clinical effect of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods From May 2001 to October 2009, 63 patients (69 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. Summarize the surgical methods to observe the clinical efficacy. Results Sixty-three patients (69 eyes) were followed up for 1 year. The cure rate was 87.0% (60/69), the effective rate was 4.3% (3/69), the effective rate was 2.9% (2/69), and the effective rate was 5.8% 69), the total efficiency of 94.2% (61/69). Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
