电力企业的运行特点决定了后勤管理的重要性,随着电力企业市场化改革的加快和深入,电力企业后勤管理的改革也快速地提上了议程,本文探讨了电力企业后勤管理存在的问题及对策,指出了电力企业后勤管理存在问题的根源在于不清晰、不明了的分配关系,在此基础上结合相关理论提出了加强和提高电力企业后勤管理质量和水平的对策,从制度建设、企业文化建设、行为建设等三个方面进行了分析。
