利用有限元软件ANSYS中的接触单元模拟高温气冷堆主氦风机叶轮与转轴的过盈配合。通过调节接触单元实常数确定有限元初始过盈量,针对不同过盈量、不同的叶轮与轴间的摩擦系数和不同的叶轮转速,计算分析叶轮和转轴过盈面间接触压力分布。结果表明,沿圆周方向接触压力呈现周期性变化,接触压力随着过盈量增加线性递增;转速越高,配合面靠近轮盘侧压力越低,但靠近轮盖侧则越高。
Using the Contact Unit in the Finite Element Software ANSYS to Simulate the Interference Fit between the Main He Helium Fan Impeller and the Shaft of High Temperature Gas - cooled Reactor.
