探讨了可靠性设计理论在塔式起重机设计中的应用,分为塔机零部件设计与整机可靠性预测和可靠度分析两部分,通过可靠性设计可以对塔机的可靠性有一个定量的分析,从而提高塔机的可靠度;避免靠盲目地增大安全系数提高塔机的可靠度而造成塔机的笨重和浪费,可靠性设计理论的合理运用能产生良好的社会和经济效益。
The application of reliability design theory in tower crane design is discussed. It is divided into two parts: the design of tower crane components, the reliability prediction and the reliability analysis of tower crane. The reliability design of tower crane can be used to determine the reliability of tower crane. So as to improve the reliability of the tower crane; avoiding avoiding the blind increase of the safety factor and increasing the reliability of the tower crane, resulting in heavy and wasteful construction of the tower crane; and the rational use of the reliability design theory can produce good social and economic benefits.
