目的:建立高效波相色谱法测定双黄连糖浆中黄芩甙的含量。方法:以硅胶键合相色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-冰醋酸-水(40:1:60)为流动相,检测波长为274nm,用归一化法定量。结果:黄芩甙在2.29~11.46μg范围有良好线性关系,r=0.9993,回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.68。结论:本方法测定双黄连糖浆中黄芩甙的含量,灵敏、准确、快速、简便,结果稳定,重现性好。能起到控制双黄连糖浆质量的作用,同时也适用于双黄连其他制剂中黄芩甙的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a high-performance wave-phase chromatographic method for the determination of jaundice in Shuanghuanglian syrup. METHODS: A silica-bonded phase column was used as the stationary phase. Methanol-glacial acetic acid-water (40:1:60) was used as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 274 nm and quantified by the normalized method. RESULTS: There was a good linearity in the range of 2.29-11.46 μg for jaundice, r=0.9993, the recovery was 98.3%, RSD was 1.68. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate, rapid, simple, stable and reproducible in the determination of Astragalus in Shuanghuanglian syrup. It can play a role in controlling the quality of Shuanghuanglian Syrup, and it can also be used to determine the content of Scutellaria baicalensis in other preparations of Shuanghuanglian.
