本文对栽培与野生射干的药材性状、根茎及根的粉末特征、组织特征、薄层扫描、薄层层析及总黄酮的含量测定等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明,二者的质量基本一致,为推广应用人工栽培射干提供了依据。 In this paper, the characters of medicinal materials, rhizome and root powder characteristics, tissue characteristics, thin-layer scanning, thin-layer chromatography and total flavonoid content were measured and compared. The results show that the quality of the two is basically the same, providing a basis for promoting the use of artificial cultivation of stem.
