在激光熔覆成形过程中,送粉喷嘴性能的好坏对熔覆成形件的质量具有重要影响。为探究影响送粉喷嘴性能的关键参数,建立了数值计算模型,应用FLUENT软件对送粉通道不同收缩角度和送粉口不同直径条件下的粉末流场情况进行了数值模拟,并依据模拟结果确定了送粉喷嘴的关键参数。计算结果表明,在其他参数一定的前提下,选样送粉通道收缩角度2.5°和送粉口直径1.5mm时,有利于提高送粉喷嘴的粉末汇聚性,改善熔覆成形效果。依据该关键参数制造出送粉喷嘴的实体,进行了粉末汇聚、激光熔覆成形实验,验证了该送粉喷嘴的效果。
In the laser cladding forming process, the performance of the powder delivery nozzle has a significant impact on the quality of the cladding formed parts. In order to explore the key parameters that affect the performance of powder feeding nozzle, a numerical calculation model was established. By using FLUENT software, the numerical simulation of powder flow field under different shrinking angles of powder feeding channel and different diameter of powder feeding port was carried out.
