以硼氢化钾为还原剂,在添加二氯化钙条件下对亮氨酸乙酯、缬氨酸甲酯、蛋氨酸乙酯、苯丙氨酸乙酯及色氨酸乙酯进行还原,分别得到4-甲基-2-氨基戊醇(64.3%)、3-甲基-2-氨基丁醇(49.1%)、个甲硫基-2-氨基丁醇(48.2%)、3-苯基-2-氨基丙醇(58.7%)及3-吲哚基-2-氨基丙醇(77.4%).并用量子化学(PM3)方法研究了反应物和生成物的电子结构。
Using potassium borohydride as a reducing agent, ethyl leucine, valine methyl ester, methionine ethyl ester, phenylalanine ethyl ester and tryptophan ethyl ester were reduced under the addition of calcium chloride to obtain (64.3%), 3-methyl-2-aminobutanol (49.1%), methylthio-2-aminobutanol (48.2%), 3 Phenyl-2-aminopropanol (58.7%) and 3-indolyl-2-aminopropanol (77.4%). The electronic structures of reactants and products were also studied by quantum chemical method (PM3).
