目的:检测口腔癌及癌旁组织中干细胞基因OCT-4,SOX2的表达差异情况。方法:收集2016年11月~2017年1月间于口腔颌面外科就诊的6例确诊为口腔癌患者癌及癌旁组织,应用免疫组化染色及荧光定量PCR的方法,结合癌组织分化情况,分析干细胞基因OCT-4,SOX2与口腔癌发展的相关关系。结果:免疫荧光阳性细胞率及荧光定量PCR结果均显示,与癌旁组织相比,6例口腔癌患者癌组织中干细胞基因表达显著增多。结论:干细胞基因OCT-4和SOX2的异常激活与口腔癌的发展密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression differences of SOT2 and SOX2 genes in oral squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissues. Methods: Six patients with oral cancer and adjacent tissues diagnosed as oral cancer were collected from November 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital. Immunohistochemical staining and real-time PCR were used to detect the difference between the two groups , Analysis of the correlation between stem cell gene OCT-4, SOX2 and oral cancer development. Results: Immunofluorescence positive cells and fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that the expression of stem cell gene was significantly increased in 6 cases of oral cancer tissues compared with the adjacent tissues. Conclusion: Abnormal activation of stem cell gene OCT-4 and SOX2 are closely related to the development of oral cancer.
