通过热压缩试验对3vol%TiCP增强镁基复合材料的热加工图进行研究,并通过热挤压试验验证。结果发现,3 vol%TiCP增强镁基复合材料的最佳热加工区域在370~400℃、拉伸速率为10-1~10-0.5 s-1的动态再结晶区,并确定了3vol%TiCP/AZ91D复合材料所特有的非稳流变区域。
The hot working diagram of 3vol% TiCP reinforced magnesium matrix composites was studied by hot compression test and verified by hot extrusion test. The results show that the optimum hot working area of 3 vol% TiCP reinforced magnesium matrix composites is in the dynamic recrystallization zone of 370 ~ 400 ℃ and the tensile rate of 10-1 ~ 10-0.5 s-1, and the 3vol% TiCP / AZ91D composite material unique to the unstable rheological region.
