一、前言关于钢中氮化铝的形态、性质已有不少报导,我们在文献资料的基础上,进一步采用金相、岩相、化学分析、X射线、电子扫描、电子衍射等综合技术,对一般不含铝的结构钢,含铝结构钢、不锈钢与加铝纯铁中氮化铝的形态、光学特征、化学性质、组成与平衡常数等进行了综合研究、得出两种形态、性质不同的氮化铝,并提出了一次氮化铝与二次氮化铝的概念。
I. INTRODUCTION There have been many reports on the morphology and properties of aluminum nitride in steel. Based on the literature, we have further adopted such comprehensive techniques as metallography, lithofacies, chemical analysis, X-ray, electronic scanning and electron diffraction, A general study on the morphology, optical characteristics, chemical properties, composition and equilibrium constants of aluminum nitride, aluminum-free structural steel, aluminum-containing structural steel, stainless steel and Al-added pure iron has been carried out. Different aluminum nitride, and put forward the concept of aluminum nitride and aluminum nitride once.
