本文在测量倒拖和着火广泛运行工况下涡流室式柴油机主副燃烧室表面七点瞬对温度和主副燃烧室气体压力的基础上,对通过燃烧室表面的瞬时热流密度与燃烧室内气体和壁面之间的瞬时换热系数进行了计算分析。结果表明:缸盖表面局部换热差异很大;主副燃烧室局部平均的换热情况不一致;相应通道出口的气流速度对主副燃烧室传热有重要的影响。最后,本文用准则方程分别归纳出了主副燃烧室局部平均瞬时传热系数公式,在公式中采用了不同的气流瞬时特征速度。计算的和实验的数据吻合得较好。
Based on the measurement of the temperature and the pressure of the main and auxiliary combustors at seven o’clock of the surface of the main and auxiliary combustors under swirl and fire extensive operating conditions, the instantaneous heat flux through the surface of the combustor and the pressure of the gas in the combustion chamber And the wall between the instantaneous heat transfer coefficient were calculated and analyzed. The results show that there are great differences in the local heat exchange on the surface of the cylinder head. The local average heat exchange in the main and auxiliary combustors is inconsistent. The airflow velocity at the exit of the corresponding passage has an important influence on the heat transfer in the main and the auxiliary combustor. Finally, the equations for the local average instantaneous heat transfer coefficient of the main and auxiliary combustor are summarized in this paper. Different instantaneous characteristic velocities of the gas flow are used in the formula. The calculated and experimental data are in good agreement.
