从政府、产业、企业三个层面构建科技人才协同创新支持体系模型,以赣南苏区稀土产业调研资料进行检验。研究发现:融资服务、研发经费投入、人才引进待遇、人才评价、知识产权保护规范与人才制度、行业人才聚集力、优秀人才保持、成果推广应用以及行业协会的协调、维权和自律机制是促进科技人才协同创新的重要因素。
From the government, industry, enterprises three levels to build scientific and technological personnel collaborative innovation support system model to southern Jiangxi Soviet rare earth industry survey data for testing.
