目的研究大花胡麻草Centranthera grandiflora的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱方法及制备液相进行分离纯化,通过现代波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从大花胡麻草乙醇提取物中分离得到9个环烯醚萜苷化合物,分别鉴定为桃叶珊瑚苷(1)、玉叶金花苷(2)、8-表番木鳖碱(3)、8-表番木鳖酸(4)、玉叶金花酸(5)、梓醇(6)、栀子新苷甲酯(7)、京尼平苷酸(8)、6-O-methylaucubin(9)。结论以上化合物均为首次从胡麻草属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Centranthera grandiflora. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques. Results Nine iridoid glycosides were isolated from the ethanol extract of Betulaceae and identified as aucubin (1), jade (5), jacinthin (3) (5), catalpol (6), gardenoside methyl ester (7), geniposidic acid (8), 6-O-methylaucubin ). Conclusions The above compounds were isolated from the plants of the genus Rapa for the first time.
