介绍了一种新的金属材料表面陶瓷化处理技术──微弧氧化,这种技术可在铝合金表面生成α-Al2O3相的陶瓷氧化层,厚度可达200μm以上,显微硬度高达3000HV以上,耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温冲击、电绝缘等性能均优于阳极氧化层。本研究采用弱碱性电解质溶液和交流电进行微弧氧化,工艺简单,试剂用量少,可在常温下对较大面积的铝合金材料作表面陶瓷化处理,具有很高的推广应用价值。
A new ceramic surface treatment technology for metal materials ─ ─ micro-arc oxidation, is introduced. This technique can produce a ceramic oxide layer of α-Al2O3 phase on the surface of aluminum alloy with the thickness up to 200μm and the microhardness up to 3000HV, Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high temperature impact, electrical insulation and other properties are better than the anodized layer. In this study, micro-arc oxidation using weak alkaline electrolyte solution and alternating current has the advantages of simple process and low dosage of reagents, and can be used for the surface ceramic treatment of large-area aluminum alloy materials at normal temperature, which has a high popularization and application value.
